1.2.1.7 SIM Card Management
To activate and manage your official DDPAI custom SIM card and ensure your purchased data plan works properly, the DDPAI APP needs to collect SIM card-related information (limited to devices using custom SIM cards, including SIM card number, activation status, data plan and orders, data usage). This information is necessary for providing 4G network services, data monitoring, and troubleshooting. We may share your SIM card activation status with service providers to deliver network services; otherwise, we will not share it with any other third party without necessity.
1.2.1.8 Traffic Violation Reporting Rewards (Voluntary Participation)
To support the traffic violation reporting reward feature, when you voluntarily participate, we need to collect your name, ID card number, bank card number, and bank name in accordance with the Procedures for Handling Road Traffic Safety Violations, solely for identity verification by traffic management authorities and reward distribution. This information will not be shared with third parties unless necessary. Refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the reward feature and will not affect your use of other products/services.
1.2.2 The DDPAI APP adopts a multi-platform asynchronous development approach, supporting Android, iOS, and HarmonyOS operating systems:
- a. When using the Android system, the DDPAI APP needs to send an activation SMS to the DDPAI server (to obtain a verification code for account registration). The SMS cost is the same as regular SMS and is charged by the carrier. After activation, you can use the DDPAI APP for free;
- b. When using the iOS system, the information collected by the DDPAI APP during your use through various mobile operating systems is limited to the information necessary for the basic services you have agreed to use;
- c. When using the HarmonyOS system, the information collected by the DDPAI APP during your use through various mobile operating systems is limited to the information necessary for the basic services you have agreed to use.
1.2.3 Based on different business scenarios, the DDPAI APP integrates third-party SDKs. The DDPAI APP will only use your personal information for lawful, legitimate, and necessary purposes, and will implement strict security measures to protect your personal information;
a. To implement the message receiving and push notification functionality of the DDPAI APP;
